Where structure becomes work, and work becomes craft.
A personal practice across consulting, handmade work, and care shaped by intention and experience.

I’m Antima Khanna – a consultant by training and a maker by instinct.
For me, structure and creativity have never been separate. They inform each other quietly, shaping how I work and create.

My journey began in 2009, in the structured world of finance and accounting. Over the years, I worked across systems, compliance, operations, and business processes learning how clarity, precision, and consistency shape outcomes.
But alongside that, there was always a quieter pull toward making, exploring, and understanding materials, forms, and stories.
Curiosity led me beyond numbers into different creative and professional spaces working with photographers, an alternative bookshop and publishing house, product designers, and a retail brand that reshaped how I understood design and experience.
In 2013, I joined my mentor’s family business in New Delhi and worked closely with the Group CFO. We built and scaled multiple sports startups under the group umbrella. My role spanned accountancy, banking, administration, and HR , giving me a deep understanding of how businesses actually function.
Post COVID, I stepped into freelancing, building an independent consulting practice alongside a small network of like-minded collaborators. Today, I work with individuals and businesses across contexts, helping bring clarity, structure, and direction to evolving systems.
Over time, I realised something simple but important – the discipline required to build a system is not very different from the discipline required to create something by hand.
Both ask for attention, patience, and respect for process.
Why I do both?
Consulting brings structure to complexity.
Handmade work brings presence to process.
One sharpens the mind.
The other grounds it.
Together, they create balance.
What this work stands on?
At the core of everything I do is a sense of responsibility towards the work, the process, and what it impacts.
Whether I’m working on a business system, creating something by hand, or caring for community dogs, the intent remains the same: to build and support things that are worth sustaining.
I don’t see consulting, craft, or care as separate roles.
They are different expressions of the same approach one that values clarity, intention, and continuity.
How I approach my work?
Intention
Every system I simplify and every piece I create is shaped by deliberate choices – prioritising clarity, quality, and long-term value over speed.
Experience
My work is grounded in over a decade of experience across accounting, operations, and business systems – shaping how I think, decide, and build.
Compassion
Care is not separate from my work. A part of every service and creation supports the ongoing responsibility of caring for community dogs.
Consistency
More than anything, I believe in showing up – in work, in process, and in care. Quietly, regularly, and with responsibility.
Stray to Stay
What began with helping one stray quietly became a way of living rooted in consistency, responsibility, and care.
A part of every service and every creation supports this work quietly, without urgency.

This is not a collection of roles.
It is a body of work – shaped by structure, expressed through craft, and grounded in care.
