All products in our workshop are made to order and shipped within 5- 7 working days or as mentioned on the particular product page. Any delay shall be notified immediately.
Shipping within India
Once shipped, orders take 2-4 working days to be delivered, or shall be delivered as per the date specified by you while placing the order. There could be some delays in certain containment zones because of the current Covid-19 situation. Shipping is free for orders above INR 5000. Below which flat shipping charges of INR 150 is applicable. In case the delivery is not accepted the first time and is returned to us, the customer will have to bear the shipping charges again.
In case of express or urgent deliveries, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with subject EXPRESS DELIVERY and your order number.
Orders will be taken only on request via email to email@example.com
You will receive an email with your order confirmation once you place an order.
You will receive another email with your order tracking details once your order has been shipped out.
If you wish to cancel your order, please write to us within 24 hours at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject CANCEL ORDER with your order number.
We don’t offer refunds unless the product shipped is wrong or faulty, for which the customer needs to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. The amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within one week of refund initiation.
Customised orders cannot be returned since they are made specifically to your measurements.
In case the product is used or damaged, we reserves the right to not accept any returns.
Returns and Exchange
In our Workshop, we make sure every product is checked thoroughly and packed lovingly before shipping it out. However if you do receive a damaged piece, or you would like to change a size, please write to us at email@example.com with your query and we will exchange it for you, or give you store credit. Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will process the exchange subject to availability.
For your product to be eligible for exchange, the following conditions have to be met :
– All returns must be authorized by us before you send the product back. Once the request is accepted, please make sure it reaches us within 7 working days.
– The product should be in its original condition, unused with tags intact.
– The cost of return or exchange has to be borne by the customer.
