At this workshop, we value the “Slow Made” philosophy. Every piece is finished and packed with the same intentionality used to create it. We do not rush, as quality and structural integrity are our primary concerns.

Shipping Policy

Processing Times

  • In-Stock Items: Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.
  • Made-to-Order / Commissions: These pieces follow a unique timeline discussed at the time of your request (typically 2-4 weeks).
  • Consulting Deliverables: Digital documentation or advisory reports are delivered according to the timeline agreed upon in your specific engagement contract.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • We ship within India and to select international locations.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that external courier delays are beyond our control, but we will assist in tracking whenever possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Handmade Variations Because every piece is 100% handmade, no two items are identical. Subtle variations in texture, form, and finish are the soul of the work and are not considered defects.

Our Policy

  • Returns: We accept returns only if the item arrives damaged or is significantly different from the description. Please contact us at antimaworkshop@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • Exchanges: Due to the limited nature of our collections, we generally cannot offer exchanges. If you have a concern about fit or style, please write to us before purchasing so we can provide additional details.
  • Advisory Services: Consulting fees and digital products (like Wall Art downloads or Paper Products) are non-refundable once the service has been rendered or the file has been delivered.
