Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we are pleased to confirm that we offer worldwide shipping! Please note that we are unable to deliver to some countries and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Where do you ship from?
We ship all of our orders from Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India, where our warehouse is based.
There was an issue with my payment. What should I do?
Please write to us at antimaworkshop@gmail.com with any Payment Related Issue that you may have. We’d be more than happy to answer any questions.
How can I cancel an order I placed?
Please email us at antimaworkshop@gmail.com with your order number and the reason you would like to cancel it. This has to be done within 24 hours of placing the order.
Can I return an item free of charge?
We offer a refund on any items informed/returned to us within 48 hours of the delivery date, excluding any delivery costs. To request a return, go to Order Management.
Can I change an order I had placed, for another product?
Yes you can. Please email us at antimaworkshop@gmail.com with your order number and all details regarding the product you would like. Please do the same within 24 hours as your order might get shipped out.
