Where structure becomes work, and work becomes craft.
A personal practice across consulting, handmade work, and care shaped by intention and experience.

I’m Antima Khanna – a consultant by training and a maker by instinct.
For me, structure and creativity have never been separate. They inform each other quietly, shaping how I work and create.
Over time, I realised something simple but important – the discipline required to build a system is not very different from the discipline required to create something by hand. Both ask for attention, patience, and respect for process.
The Journey
From structured finance to a practice of my own.
⊙ 2009
Where it began
My journey began in the structured world of finance and accounting – working across systems, compliance, operations, and business processes, learning how clarity, precision, and consistency shape outcomes.
⊙ 2013
Family business & scaling startups
I joined my mentor’s family business in New Delhi, working closely with the Group CFO to build and scale multiple sports startups. My role spanned accountancy, banking, administration, and HR – a deep education in how businesses actually function.
⊙ POST 2020
An independent practice
I stepped into freelancing, building an independent consulting practice alongside a small network of like-minded collaborators.
⊙ TODAY
Structure, craft, and care – together
I work with individuals and businesses across contexts on accounting review, compliance, documentation, and founder support – while continuing to make by hand, and care for community dogs through Stray to Stay.
Why I do both
Structure : Consulting brings structure to complexity. One sharpends the mind.
Craft : Handmade work brings presence to process. The other grounds it.
Together, they create balance.
What this work stands on
I don’t see consulting, craft, or care as seperate roles. They are different expressions of the same approach – one that values clarity, intention and continuity.
Whether a business system, a handmade piece, or a rescued dog.
How I approach my work
Four things that don’t change.
IN
Intention
Every system I simplify and every piece I create is shaped by deliberate choices – prioritising clarity, quality, and long-term value over speed.
EX
Experience
My work is grounded in over a decade of experience across accounting, operations, and business systems – shaping how I think, decide, and build.
CO
Compassion
Care is not separate from my work. A part of every service and creation supports the ongoing responsibility of caring for community dogs.
CN
Consistency
More than anything, I believe in showing up – in work, in process, and in care. Quietly, regularly, and with responsibility.

Stray to Stay
What began with helping one stray quietly became a way of living rooted in consistency, responsibility, and care.
A part of every service and every creation supports this work quietly, without urgency.
This is not a collection of roles. It is a body of work — shaped by structure, expressed through craft, and grounded in care.
